Quality

Checked before it is packed, documented before it is shipped

A cable is only as good as what arrives on site. Our quality process covers the drawing approval, the routine tests on the finished cable, the marking and the export packing.

Management systems

Produced under auditable systems

Orders are produced under management systems that cover quality, environment, safety and measurement.

  • ISO 9001 — Quality management
  • ISO 14001 — Environmental management
  • ISO 45001 — Occupational health & safety
  • ISO 50001 — Energy management
  • ISO 10012 — Measurement management
  • GB/T 36132 — Green factory
  • GB/T 29490 — Intellectual property
  • GB/T 27922 — After-sales service

Inspection

Four checkpoints on every order

  1. 1

    Before production

Drawing and specification approval, conductor and compound confirmation, and a check that site conditions match the selection.

  2. 2

    During production

Conductor dimensions, insulation thickness, sheath thickness and profile width are checked against the approved drawing.

  3. 3

    On the finished cable

Conductor resistance, voltage test, insulation resistance, appearance, marking and length. Test data is issued with the shipment.

  4. 4

    Before shipment

Drum and coil packing inspected, ends sealed, markings and labels verified against your instruction.

Protection

Rated for the places cables actually go

  • IP68 joints and terminations for buried and wet locations
  • 105 °C maximum conductor operating temperature
  • Flame-retardant and fire-resistant sheath options
  • Full insulation and sheath coverage with no induced voltage on the outer surface

Documents with the shipment

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Test report for conductor resistance, voltage and insulation
  • Certificate of origin (Form A, Form E or as required)
  • Packing list with drum numbers, lengths and net / gross weights
  • Bill of lading handling through your forwarder or ours

Packing

On the drum, banded, and documented

Each run leaves on its own drum with the test data and the packing list attached, so the site receives one length instead of a set of joints.

Flat high-current cable wound on a wooden drum
Flat cable wound on a drum, ready for dispatch.
Cable wound on a wooden drum with the cable end brought out
One drum per run, so the length arrives in one piece.

Certificates and test reports

Certificates and third-party test reports for a specific order are provided on request. Tell us which document your project requires and we will confirm availability before the order is placed.
